I'm Katie and I've always been a lover of grilled cheese. The idea for this blog began when I decided to go on a quest to find the best grilled cheese sandwich in the world. I haven't even left my own city and have tasted some pretty amazing sandwiches already. I'd say I'm pretty lucky to be living in such a thriving city for foodies. So join me on my journey and along the way we'll find restaurants, recipes, humor, and maybe even some friendships.
Although I love writing I'm not a writer by profession, I'm a 24 year old working in the footwear and apparel industry. There will be many mistakes in the beginning as I try to find my blogger's voice so, please bear with me, I promise it will be worth it.
